For Daniel Jolla, furniture restoration is more than a profession; it's a craft passed down from his father. As a teenager, he spent summers learning the fundamentals of upholstery, furniture repair, and craftsmanship while working alongside his father, who served hotels throughout the Greater New Orleans area. Those early lessons instilled a commitment to quality, precision, and doing every job the right way.
Following Hurricane Katrina, Daniel apprenticed under one of the Gulf Coast's leading furniture restoration specialists, where he gained extensive experience restoring storm-damaged furniture and mastering wood refinishing, structural repairs, upholstery, leather and vinyl replacement, and complete furniture restoration.
In 2013, Daniel founded Second Chance Furniture Repair LLC with one simple belief: quality furniture deserves a second chance.
Today, the company proudly serves commercial and residential clients throughout Louisiana and the Gulf South, delivering expert craftsmanship, dependable service, and cost-effective restoration solutions that help clients protect their furniture investments.
